Sessions are typically once a week, for 45-50 minutes

  • Individual Session: $175

  • Group Session (90 min): $70 per person

Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and all major credit cards accepted.

Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice must be given, or the cost of a full session will be charged.
