A Space for Wise Women
A Space for Wise Women offers supports that provide education, skills, tools, and expressive experiences to help women embody their wisest, most empowered selves. Together we learn to prioritize and assert our needs; to be more present in our lives; to embody our strengths; to connect and care for our bodies and minds; and learn to unconditionally love and accept our whole selves. This is a space for you beautiful, wise woman.
“I have been a social worker for a good long time and taught a myriad of self-help and other classes. I think Sarah is brilliant in terms of the twists and turns she adds to core concepts and the way she integrates art and creative expression into the healing process. I especially like the splendiferous coloring pages with the accompanying deep and wise permissions for the artist to ponder and own. The incredible Spotify playlists, the videos, and the handouts, especially Tracking Empowering Micro-Decisions, all genius and fun. It’s clear that Sarah knows her stuff and is passionate and skillful as she creates classes and materials to support women as they move into their fullness and power.”
— Suzanna McCarthy, MSW, LICSW (Student of WISE-ASS Woman’s Way Live Course)
