Together we learn to prioritize and assert our needs; to be more present in our lives; to embody our strengths; to connect and care for our bodies and minds; and learn to unconditionally love and accept our whole selves. A Space for Wise Women Communities


Our online communities are private, compassionate, communities of women with a shared mission of knowing our wisest, most empowered selves. These spaces allows us to hold ourselves accountable, to gather new ideas and resources, and most importantly, it is a space to receive support from women experiencing similar challenges. 


A Space for Wise Women Courses


Based on the curriculum of A Space for Me: Women’s Empowerment Groups, these psycho-educational modules are designed to address women’s empowerment needs through lessons that offer skills, tools, hands on experiences, and wise women’s wisdom on specific empowerment topics.

Weather any emotional storm life throws at you by learning how to create your own safety and soothing plan. The course integrates expressive arts methods to deepen your experience.

Rite of Passage Psychotherapy


Women’s Group Therapy

These empowering groups use evidence-based techniques to help women identify and reach their mental and physical health goals and include topics such as self-care, self-compassion, self-acceptance, shame resiliency, emotional regulation, body image, trauma, motivation, emotional and relational obstacles, and much more.

Individual Therapy

Rite of Passage has been providing exceptional care to women for over 15 years in Saint Louis, MO. Combining evidence-based practice with trauma-informed expressive arts therapy, Sarah focuses on the therapeutic alliance to help women process their stories, heal from traumas, and learn skills and tools to embody their wisest, most empowered selves.
